Participation Rules and Additional Details:
Singing and Dancing Categories:
- The music for both singing and dancing performances should not ideally exceed 2 minutes.
- Depending on the number of entries, the charity may decide to sub-group the singing and dancing categories to ensure fair competition. Older children above 9 years may be allowed to perform longer up to 10 mins.
- Please send your song choice in advance to radhey@vrindavanam.org for approval and scheduling.
Show and Tell:
- Participants should bring an artefact from home that reflects their faith, goals, or prayer (e.g., a book, bell, or other meaningful item).
- Each participant will have up to 2 minutes to share their artefact and its significance with the audience.
Vision Board Exercise:
- Materials for the vision board exercise will be provided on the day.
- This activity is designed for participants aged 13 and above.
Performance Order:
- The order of performances will be notified on the day of the event.
Age Specifications:
- Each category is strictly for the specified age groups.
Instrumental Performers:
- Each performer is required to bring their own instrument on the day of the performance.
Final Group Performance:
- All children must arrive by 4 PM to participate in the final performance.
- Participants will be prepared on that day for the final performance.
- Anyone arriving later than 4 PM may not be able to join in the final performance.
Ticket Information:
- Only those with valid tickets will be allowed to perform in the singing and dancing categories.
- Tickets cannot be purchased at the door to avoid scheduling confusion. Please ensure you secure your tickets in advance.
