Policy Statement:

Vrindavanam organizes spiritual community events to create a harmonious and inclusive environment for our attendees. While we strive to provide a safe and secure space, we want to remind all participants that the safety and security of personal belongings are the responsibility of each individual.

Lost or Stolen Items:

• Vrindavanam does not assume any responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced items during our events.
• Attendees are strongly advised to keep their personal belongings secure at all times.
• It is recommended not to bring valuable items to events, and if brought, they should be appropriately secured.

Attendee Responsibilities:

  • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings, including but not limited to mobile phones, wallets, bags, and personal items.
  • It is advised to keep belongings close and be mindful of the surroundings to prevent theft or loss.
  • Report any suspicious activities to the event organizers or venue security immediately.

Found Items:

  • Attendees who find lost items are encouraged to report them to the event organizers or the reception desk area.
  • Found items will be kept at the event venue’s reception desk area during the event.
  • After the event, unclaimed items will be stored for a limited period and then disposed of or donated to a charitable cause.

Lost and Found Procedures:

  • Attendees looking for lost items can inquire at the event reception desk during the event.
  • For post-event inquiries about lost items, attendees can contact Vrindavanam within 2 days after the event.
  • Vrindavanam will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating lost items but does not guarantee recovery.

While Vrindavanam is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for our community events, we want to emphasize that attendees participate at their own risk. Vrindavanam shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

This policy may be modified at the sole discretion of Vrindavanam. Individuals are encouraged to check for updates, as changes will not be individually notified. Vrindavanam reserves the right to make alterations for continued effectiveness, incorporating feedback for service and procedural improvements.
